Valerie holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, an MS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech, and a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from NC A&T State University (Magna Cum Laude). She also maintains PMP, CSCP, Six Sigma, and Lean Management certifications.
Virginia Fullwood is the Chief Executive Officer of Resourcing Growing Consulting Firm LLC, guiding the company’s vision, strategy, and expansion. She brings more than 15 years of experience in technical recruiting, HR strategy, and workforce development, with a focus on aligning talent solutions to organizational growth. Her career includes contributions across aerospace, technology, and government contracting, where she has supported recruitment efforts for global innovators such as Blue Origin, Google, and Meta. Constance’s expertise extends from full-cycle recruiting to strategic HR initiatives that empower both businesses and individuals to thrive. A Certified Life & Transformation Coach, Constance also works with individuals navigating career and personal growth, bringing the same commitment to empowerment to her role at the firm.
